Hi,

Space: https://opera8-ace.hf.space (Opera8/ace)

When I use the Space with my own PRO account (or with my token through
the API), a GPU is allocated immediately and everything works fine.

But users who are logged in with a free Hugging Face account never get
a GPU on my Space. They always get:

No GPU was available after 60s

So in practice only I can use my Space, and my users cannot.

This has been happening for about 3 months, at all hours, including
quiet periods.

Please remove whatever limitation is applied to my account, so that
GPUs can be allocated to my Spaces for free users as well.
